Culture Canna Membership Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Culture Canna Membership Program, The Canna Collective (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Program. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not enroll in the Program.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate in the Membership Program.

• Legal Compliance: Members must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding cannabis use as it pertains to their  membership.

• Membership Limitations: The Program is available only to customers. Retailers, distributors, and other business entities are not eligible for membership.

3. Membership Enrollment

• How to Enroll: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration process, including providing valid identification, proof of age, and valid form of payment for monthly membership fee.

• Membership Account: Upon successful registration, you will be issued a membership account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update your payment information as necessary.

4. Benefits and Rewards

• Program Benefits: As a member of the Program, you may be eligible for exclusive discounts, promotions, early access to products, and other special offers (“Benefits”). These Benefits are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Culture Canna.

• Earning Rewards: Members may still earn loyalty rewards (“Rewards”) based on purchases and other qualifying activities. The accumulation of Rewards is subject to the specific rules outlined in the Loyalty Points Program.

5. Membership Fees

• Paid Membership: The Program may offer different membership tiers. Higher tiered memberships may provide additional Benefits and Rewards. The cost of paid memberships, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

• Fees: Monthly memberships fees will be automatically withdrawn each month using the payment method on file.  Declined payments will result in immediate loss of privileges until corrected. Membership terms are on a month-to-month basis and do not require a contract. 

6. Privacy and Data Collection

• Data Collection: By enrolling in the Program, you agree that Culture Canna may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Communication: Members consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Culture Canna via email, text message, or other methods. You may opt-out of these communications at any time.

7. Termination and Cancellation

• Termination by Culture Canna: Culture Canna reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or illegal activity. Culture Canna reserves the right to refuse membership to any person as it sees fit.

• Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your membership at any time, in person or in writing at the email address below. Memberships can not be cancelled by phone. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all benefits associated with membership.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination or cancellation, any unused benefits will be forfeited and will not be redeemable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The Program and its Benefits are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. Culture Canna makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or value of the Program.

• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Canna shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee.

• Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Nashville, TN, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

10. Changes to Terms

• Modification: Culture Canna TN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to members. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
